925 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 925 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 925 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions, and agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 925 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
- Continued use of the platform constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms.
- These Terms apply to all users regardless of how they access the platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other method made available by 925.
- Users who register on behalf of another entity are responsible for ensuring that entity is also bound by these Terms.
2. Account Creation, Age Restrictions & Security
To fully access 925's services, you are required to register a personal account. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
Age restriction: The 925 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. 925 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account that does not comply.
Account security responsibilities: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You are required to:
- Providing accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Ensuring your password is not shared with anyone.
- Notifying the 925 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring you log out of your account when using a shared device.
925 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security requirements.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 925 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and not to use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful, unethical, or that may compromise the safety of other users.
You are prohibited from:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or while using the platform.
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit any part of the 925 platform.
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access the platform without written authorisation.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform.
- Distributing harmful, defamatory, racially offensive, or illegal content through any available communication feature.
- Using another person's account or transferring an account to a third party without authorisation.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, legal action, and/or freezing of funds held in the account, subject to investigation.
4. Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 925 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use is valid, belongs to you, and has sufficient funds before making any deposit.
Deposits: Deposits are processed via local payment methods supported by the platform, including FPX and TNG eWallet. A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed during the deposit process. 925 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity or illegitimate funds.
Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in the name of the account holder.
- Bonuses or promotional credits may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal — these terms are clearly displayed when a bonus offer is accepted.
- 925 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing for identity verification or security investigation purposes.
- Withdrawal processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on the payment processor.
925 is not liable for any delays or transaction failures caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 925 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 925 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the platform's content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 925 shall not be liable for:
- Any direct or indirect financial losses incurred while using the platform, including betting losses.
- Service disruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or factors beyond 925's control.
- Loss of account data resulting from failure to follow recommended security practices.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 925 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software code, interfaces, and branding — is the exclusive property of 925 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of 925.
Third-Party Links
The 925 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. 925 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Account suspension and closure: 925 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a Terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request from a competent authority. Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the support team. Any legitimate remaining balance will be processed for return in accordance with established procedures once all necessary investigations are complete.
Changes to Terms: 925 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the 925 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be referred to a tribunal or court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
